Born in Barcelos (Portugal), she trained at the Conservatori del Liceu in Barcelona, later studying the Master’s Degree in Lied at the ESMUC with a scholarship from the Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation. She made her debut at the Teatro de la Maestranza as Carmela in La vida breve (M. de Falla), at the Gran Teatre del Liceu as Eurydice (Shadow, Eurydice says by N. Giménez-Comas) and at the Teatro de la Zarzuela as Olympia in The Magic Opal (I. Albéniz). She has also sung the roles of Angelina (La Cenerentola by G. Rossini), Cendrillon (Cendrillon by P. Viardot), Dritte Dame (Die Zauberfl öte by W.A. Mozart), Varane (Atenaide by A. Caldara), Véronique (Le docteur miracle by G. Bizet), Lucilla (La scala di seta by G. Rossini), Tangia (Le cinesi by M. García) and Silvia (L’isola disabitata by M. García). She also starred in a production of La Fura dels Baus. She has sung with the Orquesta de la RTVE at the Teatro Monumental in Madrid as part of the First Prize of Juventudes Musicales de España, and has been a prize-winner at the Concurso Internacional de Música de Les Corts. She has performed in concert with orchestras such as the Real Filharmonía de Galicia, and with pianists such as Francisco Poyato and Julius Drake. As artist-in-residence at the LIFE Victoria Barcelona festival, she made her UK debut at the Oxford Lieder Festival, and shared the stage with Frederica von Stade. She was selected for the Young Artists Programme 2022 of the Leeds Lieder Festival in the UK. She has performed at the Opera Comique in Paris, Fundación Juan March in Madrid, Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville, L’Auditori in Barcelona and Schubertiada in Vilabertrán. She has also been selected for the Accademia de Belcanto Rodolfo Celletti in Martina Franca in 2023.
